Spirits in the Gardens

Reiman Gardens' popular fall celebration is back October 11-13!

Featuring more than 1,000 Jack-O-Lanterns hand-carved by volunteers, Spirits in the Gardens has become a central Iowa tradition for Halloween family fun. A Jack-O-Lantern sneak peek will take place on Friday night, while Saturday and Sunday nights will add activities, chemistry experiments, trick-or-treating, cosplay and more. Come in costume and join in the spooky fun! Tickets are for reserved entry time slots (stay as long as you wish). Popular times sell out quickly, so purchase tickets early!

Saturday & Sunday, October 12 & 13
5:00 - 9:00 p.m.

On Saturday and Sunday, the Spirits in the Gardens event nights will feature more than 1,000 hand-carved Jack-O-Lanterns located throughout the gardens, as well as glowing orbs, Hollusion dancing video projections, and the colorful lighted tower at Sycamore Falls. Visit our Candy Factory at the end of the route to collect treats from the candy slides. Treats will be available all evening on Saturday and Sunday only! A local BSA troupe will also be selling pre-packaged snacks and warm drinks as a fundraiser near Lake Helen (cash and credit cards accepted).
