The reception for all Garden Room packages is the Garden Room. The Garden Room in the main Conservatory Complex is the largest indoor rental space available at Reiman Gardens, which includes floor to ceiling windows that look into the tropical Conservatory. Below are typical room set-ups.

  • Onsite facility access from 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM on day-of event; includes time for setup, decorating, vendor deliveries, ceremony, reception, and clean-up.
  • Customized Indoor Room Layout for your wedding reception space. Tables and chairs within indoor reception area are included and setup by RG staff, prior to your arrival.
  • Wireless internet
  • One hour rehearsal walk-through, scheduled in advance
  • *Extended Garden Room Package and the Garden Room + Plaza Package also include early access at 2:00 PM and access to the Main Events Hallway [to be used for food and beverage setup, cocktail hour, and guest book / gift table]. Only available with Package 2: Extended Garden Room Wedding Package or Package 3: Garden Room + Plaza Wedding Package.
  • *Garden Room + Plaza Package includes access to the Rust Events Plaza [recommended for after-dinner activities]. Only available with Package 3: Garden Room + Plaza Wedding Package.
  • Additional Bistro Table Sets– $10 fee per additional bistro table set. Includes 1 bistro table and four chairs. RG staff will setup on Rust Events Plaza. Subject to availability.
  • High Top Cocktail Tables– $5 fee per additional cocktail table. RG staff will setup in reception location (Main Events Hall or Rust Events Plaza. Subject to availability.
  • Outdoor Bench– $5 fee per outdoor bench. Measures 6ft x 2ft. Seats 3 adults/bench. Fee applies to any bench moved into or out of the ceremony location. Limited availability.
  • Ceremony Chairs– $1 fee per ceremony chair. White, plastic folding chair. Includes setup and tear down by RG staff. Limited availability.
  • Portable Speaker– $30 fee per speaker. Available with or without corded microphone. Limited availability.
  • Green Room Rental– $25. 7.4’ x 11.8’ Changing Room. Room includes 2 chairs, table, mirror, and garment rack. $100 for 0 – 4 hours; $200 for 4 – 8 hours. Limited availability.
  • Main Events Hallway (add-on)– $200. For Food and Beverage Setup Only. This add-on is only available to Garden Room Wedding Package.
  • Main Events Hallway (add-on)– $500. For overflow guest seating. This add-on is only available to Garden Room, Extended Garden Room, and the Garden Room + Plaza Wedding Packages.
  • Rust Events Plaza (add-on)– $800. Recommended for after-dinner activities. This add-on is only available to Garden Room and Extended Garden Room Wedding Packages.
